Refund policy

We want you to love your Taqo Laqo products. If you're not completely satisfied, here's our policy:

Returns Window
You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached

• Original packaging must be included

• Proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Worn or used underwear

• Items without original tags

• Damaged or altered products

• Products whose packaging has been opened

Refund Process

1. Contact us at info@taqolaqo.com to initiate return

2. We'll provide return instructions and address

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund

4. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

Exchanges
We currently offer refunds only. To get a different size or style, please place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or defective product at info@taqolaqo.com. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
